Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician will coordinate and perform essential maintenance activities on plant production and facilities equipment. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, this role includes planned maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and technical support across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform planned maintenance on equipment and systems.
+ Prepare parts and tools before and after maintenance tasks.
+ Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery and components.
+ Support cleaning and maintenance efforts with other teams.
+ Execute standard fabrication tasks and build jigs/fixtures.
+ Provide technical support in welding, electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, etc.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in equipment installation or demolition.
+ Mentor team members and follow detailed instructions effectively.
Essential Skills:
+ 4+ years of electrical maintenance experience.
+ Manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
+ PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
+ Basic robotics maintenance (FANUC, ABB).
+ VFD configuration and diagnostics.
+ Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
+ Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and Lean/5S knowledge.
+ Comfortable using tablets and maintenance software.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ HVAC and mechanical repair experience.
+ Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.
+ Hands-on troubleshooting and technician experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
