Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Description

As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing sensors, circuit boards, relays, limit switches, flow switches, PLCs, and digital drives, as well as motors and AC/DC drives. You will conduct preventative maintenance throughout the facility and handle the installation of power, lighting, control circuits, and conduit. You will oversee all major electrical systems in the facility.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair sensors, circuit boards, relays, limit switches, flow switches, PLCs, and digital drives.

+ Troubleshoot and repair motors, AC and DC drives.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the facility.

+ Install power, lighting, control circuits, and conduit.

+ Oversee all major electrical systems in the facility.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting 480v Three Phase electrical systems.

+ 3+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience.

+ Experience reading and interpreting schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Preventative maintenance experience.

+ Forklift certification.

+ Rigging experience.

Work Environment

Work in a tubular steel plant equipped with 8 tube mills and 6 cut offs. Shifts are available from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Be prepared to work two Saturdays a month on average.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelby, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60444.80 - $68640.00/yr.
