ob Description: Electrical/Electronics Component Engineer (2–5 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to support the development and documentation of electrical and electronic components. This role involves both technical execution and supplier collaboration to ensure high-quality component integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and document electrical/electronic components, including simulation and validation activities.
+ Define and communicate component requirements to suppliers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
+ Manage supplier relationships, including work distribution and operational coordination.
+ Evaluate and recommend suppliers based on technical and strategic fit.
+ Assess and select internal components, ensuring cross-functional alignment and business integration.
+ Lead the delivery and execution of a product strategy roadmap for a few complex components or a large set of simpler components.
+ Manage complex components or oversee a portfolio of less complex components with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
Qualifications & Competencies:
+ 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
+ Class 8 Truck Experience
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
+ Proactive and self-driven approach to learning and professional development.
+ Strong foundation in electrical/electronic engineering with growing awareness of broader technical systems.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
+ Potential for long-term growth and leadership within the organization.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
