Chemistry Lab Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Lab Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work hands-on in a modern laboratory environment, using advanced analytical instruments and techniques to test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct analytical testing using instruments such as:
+ Gas Chromatography (GC)
+ High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
+ UV-Visible and Infrared Spectrophotometers
+ pH meters and other wet chemistry tools
+ Perform specialized tests including:
+ FTIR analysis
+ Residue after evaporation
+ Fluorescence and optical absorption testing
+ Interpret and document test results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
+ Set up and calibrate lab equipment, including daily standards and Karl Fischer titrations
+ Plan and prioritize testing for incoming samples
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System
+ Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring:
+ Solid foundation in chemistry and laboratory techniques
+ Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, titration, and viscosity testing
+ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
+ (Entry-level candidates with strong academic lab experience are welcome!)
+ Associate’s degree in Science with 1+ year of industry experience
+ High school diploma with 2–3 years of recent lab experience in a chemical setting
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
