• Case Manager Supervisor

    Actalent (Malden, MA)


    Responsibilities

    + Provide supervision to assigned case managers, overseeing a team of a team of 3-5 case managers.

    + Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of clients through case management.

    + Manage day-to-day functions of the office.

    + Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports for compliance with EEC regulations.

    + Facilitate weekly team meetings.

    + Develop policies and procedures.

    + Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.

    + Interact with agencies in the state of MA weekly in order to ensure proper referral entry.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills Needed

    + Expertise in healthcare and case management.

    + Masters in Behavioral Health or Social Work preferred, any social science required.

    + Previous experience within management for a social care based company.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelors/Masters degree in human service or social science field.

    + Familiarity with trauma-informed care.

    + 2-3 years working in a supervisory role.

    + Valid driver's license and ability to clear DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
