    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician with expertise in the plastics industry** to join our dynamic team. Hands on experience with injection molding equipment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

    + Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.

    + Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and address any operational issues.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

    + Assist in the installation and setup of new injection molding equipment.

    + Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance role

    + Experience in the plastics industry

    + Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting

    + Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles

    + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

    + Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certification in new technologies
