    Working with a Structural Steel manufacturing and assembly company in the Daytona area that is seeking qualified MIG/Flux-core Welders for 1st shift!!!

    Job Overview:

    As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in performing high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and craftsmanship standards. You’ll also work from blueprints to assemble and fabricate components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform MIG welding on structural steel, ensuring high-quality and precise welds

    + Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and shop drawings to meet project specifications

    + Handle and lift materials up to 45 pounds regularly

    + Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on the shop floor

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to an efficient, team-driven environment

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience with MIG welding, specifically on steel

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

    + Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work

    + Ability to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment

    + Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

    Schedule:

    1st Shift, 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, OT on Saturdays.

     

    ***Must be open to working 50+ hours weekly.

    Pay:

    $23-26 hr. based on weld test and experience.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
