• Maintenance Technician - Competitive Pay

    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and repair on all injection molding equipment, including mechanical and electrical aspects.

    + Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot machine issues.

    + Maintain and repair various equipment such as injection molding machines, blow molding and stamping equipment, tool and die machines, robotics, and automated equipment.

    + Work with electrical systems including 480v, 24dc, and 3-phase.

    + Order spare parts as needed by completing basic requisitions.

    + Follow a preventive maintenance schedule.

    + Utilize computer skills and basic Excel knowledge for work orders, PM schedules, and ordering parts.

    + Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems.

    + Troubleshoot robotics and repair hydraulics, replace pumps and piping.

    + Identify leaks in pneumatic systems and perform necessary repairs.

    + Conduct basic facilities maintenance as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + GED or high school diploma.

    + Certifications or associates degree in a related field.

    + At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Experience with injection molding or blow molding.

    + Proficient in electrical systems including 480v, 24dc, and 3-phase.

    + Experience troubleshooting robotics such as Fanuc or similar brands.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $75920.00/yr.

     

    -PTO will be prorated based off start date and can use it after 90 days

     

    -In January of the new year they will get 120 hours

     

    -Benefits will start 1st day of the following month from start date

     

    -401k with 6% company match

     

    -Perfect attendance bonus-Earn an extra $1 on top of pay and includes over time-starts right away
