Primary duties and responsibilities but are not limited to:
+ Work with managers to learn the various aspects of Construction Management to include, Finance, Business Development, Project Management, Administrative, Estimating/Bidding and Project Scheduling.
+ Read and understand project drawings and specifications to develop estimates for project bidding
+ Develop project schedules for construction projects
+ Prepare for and attend construction progress meetings
+ Create project submittals and manage submittal process to meet project requirements
+ Meet with construction Site Superintendent, Quality Control Managers and other stakeholders both on site and virtually to review project progress and assist in planning future activities
+ Provide feedback to Site Superintendents and Company Management
+ Serve as alternate Superintendent, QCM or SSHO on field assignments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
+ BS in Construction Management
+ Working knowledge of MS Office
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
