Job Title: Member Service Representative (DAL)

Job Description

In a dynamic and structured 24/7 contact center, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of products and services. Your role will involve performing transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts while advising members on products and services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume contact center environment.

+ Provide information regarding products and services using knowledge, active listening, and engagement methods.

+ Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

+ Advise members on additional products and services that may fit their needs.

Essential Skills

+ Customer service experience

+ Data entry proficiency

+ Capability to handle inbound and outbound calls

+ Compliance with policies in a structured environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in call centers, administrative roles, or high-volume retail environments

Work Environment

These are onsite opportunities, requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Dallas, TX. The contact center operates 24/7/365, offering flexible shifts to accommodate work-life balance. Scheduled breaks and meals are structured, with shifts varying by an hour in start and end times. Expect back-to-back phone calls, with potential four-hour call segments before breaks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
