• Client Referral Coordinator

    The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is in search of a motivated and organized Client Referral Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital for facilitating communication between our firm and various referral sources, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with them while also managing client referrals efficiently. As the Client Referral Coordinator, you will serve as the key liaison in helping clients get the representation they need.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and nurture relationships with referral sources.

    + Coordinate the referral intake process, ensuring all incoming referrals are logged and followed up on in a timely manner.

    + Provide clients and referral sources with pertinent information regarding our services and the referral process.

    + Track, analyze, and report on referral sources and conversion rates to help improve operational efficiency.

    + Maintain accurate records of communications and referrals in our case management system.

    + Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance client referrals.

    Requirements

    + Associate's degree or similar experience in relationship management or marketing is preferred.

    + 1-3 years of experience in a legal, customer service, or referral coordination role.

    + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

    + Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain professionalism.

    + Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus but not required.

    + A proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
