About the Job:
As a Shift Lead, you will be the driving force behind our team. You will support the Restaurant General
Manager by leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You will take
charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will
inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. You will also ensure that the restaurant is a
safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit. A successful candidate will have a positive
attitude and good communications skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and is ready to take ownership and drive results. Taco Bell is the place to learn, grow and
succeed!

+ Previous restaurant/retail experience
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Excellent communication skills, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
+ Attendance and Punctuality a must
+ Basic Math and Computer skills
