Junior Systems Administrator

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Junior** **Systems Administrator** to join our team working in **Crane, IN.** This is a **hybrid** position requiring 2-3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Monitoring server performance and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues
+ System hardening per DoD standards and generate necessary artifacts. This may include patch management, vulnerability remediation, and application of STIGS
+ Storage Administration
+ Virtual Machine Configuration/Administration
+ Microsoft NAP/Radius Authentication
+ HBSS Management
+ Troubleshooting of computer software and hardware issues
+ Installation, maintenance, and removal of specialized software on windows workstations
+ Maintenance of software and hardware inventory information assurance compliance Support
+ Creating/maintaining documentation/diagrams of computer systems/Network Environments
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 0+ years of related IT experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Associates degree in any discipline and 4+ years of related IT experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of related IT experience
+ Must possess one of the following certifications: Network+, SSCP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-1 certification
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of related IT experience
+ 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service and Technical Support role
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance.
+ Candidate will be required to obtain an interim Secret clearance before onboarding
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
