Welcome to **The Pillars of Grand Rapids** , opened in early 2022 in Grand Rapids, MN. Conveniently located near Highways 2, 169, and adjacent to Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital, gives peace of mind with a high standard of medical care nearby. The beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River and the Sylcvan trail head are just a few of these cities perks. Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.

This receptionist schedule includes:

+ 16 hours per two weeks

+ Every other Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

+ Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community

+ Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting

+ Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds

+ Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures

Required:

+ Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency

+ Strong customer service proficiency

+ High-level verbal and written communication skills

+ Basic math skills
