Delaware North Sportservice is looking for a seasonal part-time Maintenance Worker to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

What will you do?

+ Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks.

+ Plumbing work includes opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs.

+ Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.

+ Receive maintenance reports and work with management to resolve issues listed on the reports.

+ Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping the maintenance room in neat condition.

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facilities required.

+ Previous experience with general machinery preferred.

+ Must possess a high level of self-confidence.

+ Must possess a cooperative work attitude.

+ Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.

+ Strong communication skills, including listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements

+ Frequent walking or standing throughout the venue for the entire length of the shift.

+ Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways.

+ Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75+ pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

+ May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season.

+ May be required to work in elevated areas.

+ May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
