    Program Supervisor at Exceptional Person Autism Residential Program

    + Overall management and supervision of HCBS Autism Programs

    + Familiar with personnel management, training, scheduling, and evaluation

    + Assist with development, implementation and documentation review of individual's programming

    + Maintain working knowledge of and ensure compliance with HCBS standards

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

    + Flexible schedule (on-call) and work direct care shift as needed

    _Qualifications:_

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + One year related work experience.

    + Excellent leadership skills.

    + Experience with autism and implementation of schedules.

    + Experience with managing maladaptive behaviors.

    + Must be 18 years or older.

    + Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

    + Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

    + Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.

    + Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
