Product Coordinator
We are seeking a Product Coordinator, a crucial role in maintaining all inventory stocking SKUs within our inventory management system. This role involves working with our field team to identify property stocking levels and collaborating with manufacturers to adjust part numbers as necessary.
Responsibilities:
+ Primary responsibilities include the addition, removal, and editing of product SKUs based on need and manufacturer updates.
+ Collaborate with the field to update a list of potential condition issues that necessitate repairs at the property level. Maintain the list of recommended repairs to correct those conditions.
+ Work with the products & pricing team to maintain a list of approved vendors and adjust SKU level pricing on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
+ High School diploma or GED is required.
+ Associates degree or related field experience.
+ Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in an administrative role is required.
+ Experience in construction, vendor management, or a similar industry is preferred.
+ Knowledge of Facility Maintenance is a plus.
+ Strong computer skills are necessary.
+ Solid customer service skills; quality and results-oriented.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
+ The capacity to interact effectively at all levels is important.
+ A strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is needed.
+ The capability to work independently and in a team is essential.
+ Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
+ Flexibility and adaptability are required.
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills are important.
