Key job responsibilities

•𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻:

• Lead secure-by-design initiatives for airborne and unmanned systems

• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, compliance, and operations teams

• Implement and oversee cybersecurity programs from design through deployment

• Innovate at the intersection of aerospace, cybersecurity, and compliance

• Navigate and help Prime Air implement aviation security standard, such as :

- DO-326A/ED-202A, DO-355/ED-204, DO-356A/ED-203A

• Work closely with Prime Air teams to:

- Support engagement with FAA, EASA, and other international aviation authorities

- Drive security compliance initiatives for certification efforts

- Contribute to emerging drone delivery security standards

- Ensure security controls meet or exceed regulatory requirements

- Help translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications

We're a diverse group of security professionals working collaboratively to protect our revolutionary drone delivery platform. Our mission is to build and maintain robust security frameworks that enable safe, secure, and reliable autonomous delivery operations at scale.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 2+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Knowledge of system design with the expertise to drive technical decisions, anticipate technical risks, and influence tech teams to make design changes when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on systems security architecture and risk management

- 1+ years of experience in aviation/aerospace industry and regulatory compliance

- Experience with aviation security standards (DO-326A/ED-202A, DO-355/ED-204, DO-356A/ED-203A) and NIST frameworks

- Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or aircraft technologies

- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM) and/or Program Management certifications (PMP, CSM)
