    Our client, a highly esteemed Banking Institution, is currently looking for a Head of Banking Operations to lead branch operations with vision, precision, and purpose. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive the performance and efficiency of core functions including Treasury Operations, Loan Administration, Funds Transfer, and Trade Finance. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in optimizing processes, and bring deep operational expertise from the world of international or domestic banking — we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily operations across all banking units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

    • Streamline operational processes and introduce best practices for increased efficiency.

    • Set and enforce high standards by developing policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

    • Oversee budgeting and resource planning for operations, ensuring cost-effective delivery.

    • Implement strong risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks.

    • Foster and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on leadership, accountability, and growth.

    • Partner across departments to drive strategic initiatives, process digitization, and business continuity planning.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

    • Master's degree preferred

    • 10+ years of experience

    • International banking experience highly preferred

    • Previous supervisory experience
