As a **Security Professional - CRE Front Desk** in **San Carlos, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk professional in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, assisting with visitor management, and remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will work collaboratively with others, demonstrating reliability, agility, and a caring approach while upholding the highest standards of integrity in all interactions.

Pay Rate: $24.95 / Hour

Wed03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors at the front desk in a professional manner.

+ Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required.

+ Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and emergency response.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur at the front desk.

+ Communicate with building management and other personnel regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for commercial real estate locations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
