    Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machining centers. The role involves precision machining on components used in the analytical instrumentation, life sciences, aerospace, defense, medical, and electronics industries. You will be working primarily on short-run jobs involving less than 100 parts.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate CNC lathe machining centers including Mazak and Fanuc turning centers.

    + Perform multiple complex set-ups each day.

    + Conduct precision machining on components for various industries.

    + Inspect own parts using a variety of equipment including micrometers and calipers.

    + Work with materials such as aluminum, various stainless steels, engineered plastics, titanium, molybdenum, and Hastelloy.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience setting up CNC lathes in a short-run environment/job shop.

    + Ability to inspect own parts and use equipment like micrometers and calipers.

    + Proficiency in reading and comprehending blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience with live tooling.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

     

    ESOP Business

    401k with 3% match

    1 week of PTO - 1 year of employment

    2 weeks of PTO - 2 years of employment

    This is a fully onsite position in Maple Grove,MN.
