Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (Java+ Angular) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with a passion for clean code, modern software architecture, and mentoring others. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, software architects, engineers, and QA professionals to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code using Java, Spring, Angular, and related technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and help define coding standards and best practices.
- Apply software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns (OO, Functional, REST).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ensure accessibility standards are met using screen readers and other tools.
- Partner with QA to ensure product quality through automated and manual testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL.
- Experience with Hibernate or other ORM tools.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Angular.
- Familiarity with SASS/SCSS, NgRx, and RxJS.
- Solid understanding of Docker and containerized development.
- Experience with accessibility standards and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
