Job Summary:

A leading logistics and international transportation specialist, shipping freight and household goods between the United States, its territories, and international locations.  The Cleaner plays an important role in keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized. They help ensure daily operations run smoothly by maintaining cleanliness in all areas, restocking supplies, and supporting a healthy environment for staff and visitors.

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in assigned areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas

+ Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

+ Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment

+ Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners

+ Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

+ Notify management of any damages, hazards, or needed repairs

+ Follow all health and safety regulations

+ Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

+ May be required to travel between job sites using a company vehicle

Qualifications:

+ Previous cleaning or janitorial experience a plus

+ Valid driver’s license is required

+ Ability to work independently and efficiently

+ Attention to detail and reliability

+ Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
