How You’ll Make an Impact

Under supervision, a Senior Account Executive is engaged in the day-to-day running of the account, shows strategic potential, and demonstrates deep knowledge of the client’s business.

What You’ll Achieve

+ Collaborate across departments to build partnerships and lead projects by setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation

+ Keep internal projects on track, alerting supervisor to potential issues, and communicate reports to the internal team as needed

+ Build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, consult client about Epsilon solutions

Who You Are

+ **What You’ll Bring With you:**

+ 4+ years prior experience with agency/marketing organization

+ Campaign/project management experience in an agency environment

+ Extremely organized with a tremendous recall for day-to-day activities

+ Strong project management skills and conceptual thinking

+ Excellent communication skills, must communicate across internal teams and with clients

+ Solid understanding of digital marketing, direct marketing & CRM

+ Self-Motivated, can identify where projects need an extra hand and step in

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project simultaneously and effectively under short deadlines.

+ **Why you might stand out from other talent:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field

+ Experience working with an Automotive client in a marketing agency environment is strongly preferred
