    Work Location: **Herndon, VA** | Payrate: **$28 - $33 DOE**

    Role Summary:

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Customer Support Administrative Assistant** to provide essential support to our aviation customer service teams. In this pivotal role, you will assist leadership and team members in organizing travel, tracking expenses, managing contracts, and coordinating meetings and events. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision, proactivity, and professionalism directly impact the success of our customer operations.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Administrative & Operational Support

    + Coordinate team travel bookings and manage travel calendars using SAP CONCUR and BCD Travel.

    + Prepare, submit, and review expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy.

    + Manage team vacation/sick reports and customer communication lists.

    + Support customer event logistics, internal meetings, and team booster events.

    + Maintain promotional budget spreadsheets, create PO requisitions, and track monthly travel spend.

    + Organize weekly leadership meetings and record accurate minutes.

    Operational & Contract Administration

    + Administer new and existing customer onboarding documents and agreements (CSA, GDRA, MROSA, etc.).

    + Ensure accurate contract processing and recordkeeping in coordination with the Contracts and Legal teams.

    + Collaborate with Hamburg and U.S. Design Organizations on special agreements (e.g., DOSA, EDPSO).

    + Maintain secure storage of legal and compliance documents.

    Additional Duties (5%)

    + Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Your Boarding Pass – What We’re Looking For:

    Required:

    + Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field.

    + 2+ years of administrative or customer support experience.

    + Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    + Initiative-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working autonomously or in a team.

    + Professional demeanor aligned with aerospace business standards.

    + Proficient in Google Suite and general office software tools.

    Preferred:

    + Experience with SAP CONCUR, Salesforce, Click n’ Buy, and/or vFairs (event management tools).

    + Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace sector.

    + Additional language skills.

    Work Environment & Requirements:

    + **Location:** Onsite at least 3 days/week after probation.

    + **Travel:** Minimal (1%) domestic/international.

    + **PPE:** Required for occasional shop floor visits (safety shoes, glasses, etc.).

    + **Physical Requirements:** Mostly desk-based work with occasional lifting, walking, and standing.

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).     **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
