    Required Skills:

    Measurement Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:

    1. Work on a complex set of client and agency relationships.

    2. Engage with clients and agencies to measure true business value by building and operationalizing “learning agendas” that highlights how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques.

    3. Drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches in support of the “learning agenda.” Design tests to display the power of good measurement using client data and Meta or third party technology tools.

    4. Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook advertisers to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media.

    5. Communicate complex research results to a general audience.

    6. Provide feedback to, collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships, and drive client engagement around measurement innovation, including product alphas and beta.

    7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Product, R&D, Ads Research, Creative Shop etc.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    8. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Philosophy, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.

    9. Experience must include 5 years of experience in the following:

    10. 1. Analyzing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide insights

    11. 2. Communicating technical content to all types of audiences

    12. 3. Working with structured and unstructured data-sets

    13. 4. Working with data extraction tools such as Hive and/or SQL

    14. 5. Digital advertising for brand and DR outcomes.

    Public Compensation:

    $269,422/year to $302,940/year + bonus + equity + benefits
