The Cisco Business Sales Executive (BSE) will be an expert on Cisco Product Solutions and marketing for the company Corp sales force, ensuring that customers receive the best solution to meet their needs. The BSE will work extensively with sales to educate and assist in closing business activity. This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.
Role Description
• Oversee and execute structured renewal processes to retain clients and maximize revenue opportunities, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of renewals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, present, and discuss renewal timelines to identify growth opportunities and proactively engage with clients before renewal expirations.
• Monitor, track, and analyze renewal opportunities using CRM tools to forecast future renewals and identify potential issues or opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of partner products and services, staying updated with changes to deliver value through license consolidation.
• Maintain an organized and accurate database of renewal contracts, ensuring data reliability.
• Conduct regular reviews and recommend improvements to renewal processes and procedures.
• Continuously learn about market trends and partner strategies to keep customers informed about the software and security landscape.
• Provide ongoing status updates, coordinate next steps on renewals with customers and sales, and deliver monthly reporting and analysis of business results.
• Establish and develop relationships between SHI and Cisco within the sales vertical to support sales growth plans and align activities with sales goals.

Other Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
• 3-5 years of experience with IT sales or channel business development role
• 3-5 years of experience with selling storage product lines, Pure Storage preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in working with partners and the IT Channel
• 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $X - $X which includes a [compensation structure]. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
