Primary Purpose
Provide professional advice, guidance and implementation in partnership with line management regarding workforce planning, employee relations, and staffing. Ensure HR integrated support of business strategy and goals. Interpret, implement and execute Exelon's policies and programs.
Primary Duties
+ In partnership with supporting departments align company talent strategy within client group based on workforce, talent, and development needs.
+ Provide HR expertise in the areas of policy and procedure as well as in employee & Labor relations, coaching and feedback. Attend and lead grievance meetings and other day-to-day activities.
+ Ability to lead and manage full cycle investigations with supporting groups as necessary.
+ HRBP must be willing to work strategically, operationally, and tactically to influence effective change management initiatives, drive innovation and project plans for the client.
+ Actively participate in Special projects as assigned.
+ Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes.
Job Scope
+ Interact with line management, department heads HR Business Partner, key managers and all levels of employees across Exelon.
+ Works under Human Resource Manager
+ Based on Opco, support storm duty rotation as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and 2 to 4 years of strong HR generalist experience in a matrixed organization.
+ Proven demonstration of effective line management relations in a high performance culture with a strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA.
+ Knowledge of business (Energy Services or Corporate-type background is helpful)
+ Strong drive for results to ensure human resources alignment with the business unit and/or site.
+ Proven management skills in coaching, performance management, and facilitating business competency.
+ Demonstrated ability to deal directly with line management to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
+ In lieu of degree, 3-6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
+ Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
+ Proven track record of integrating HR analytics into business decision-making processes
+ Experience partnering with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with business goals.

+ Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $68,800.00/Yr. – $94,600.00/Yr.
