Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a NetBrain Engineer for a customer. The responsibilities will include the remote operational management of the entire NetBrain application layer, ensuring the accuracy of the NetBrain Digital Twin, and handling various tasks related to the platform. Key deliverables will involve executing NetBrain platform upgrades, ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the NetBrain application layer, and maintaining the NetBrain Domain, including devices, application paths, and maps. Additionally, as part of the Automation Service team, you will engage in a yearlong project to support the existing Automation Team. Your tasks will include analyzing ITSM incident data to identify trends and commonalities, implementing NetBrain Automation according to a defined roadmap, integrating with standard third-party systems such as ITSM tools and chat clients, and enabling customers to design and create their own automation solutions.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

Experience with NetBrain Platform

Execution of NetBrain platform upgrades.

Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the NetBrain application layer.

Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the NetBrain Domain (devices, application paths, maps).

Ability to develop and train users on building NetBrain Automation utilizing interactive automation concepts and the PDAS Framework.

Implement NetBrain Automation against a defined roadmap.

Analysis of ITSM incident data to identify trends and commonalities.

Integrate with standard third-party systems (ITSM, tools, chat clients) Plusses:

Strong background in maintaining and monitoring application layers and domains, including devices, application paths, and maps.

Knowledge of executing platform upgrades and ongoing maintenance tasks. null
