    Clean Harbors is searching for a reliable and safety oriented **I&E Technician** with an excellent mechanical aptitude to join our team!

     

    The **Electrical and Instrumentation Technician** will be responsible for performing hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, and PLC Logic programming, along with diagnosing issues with control circuitry and assisting the electrical and maintenance departments with various tasks as needed.

    + Troubleshoots instrument and control malfunctions

    + Performs preventative maintenance checks and calibrations

    + Maintains accurate records and logs as required

    + Performs general electrical maintenance

    What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

     

    + HS Diploma or Equivalent

    + 5+ years combined of plant experience and/or advanced related education preferred

    + 3-5 years of Instrumentation and electrical experience preferred (Will consider less experience in lieu of degree)

    + Journeyman Electrician License is a plus

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading of electronic schematics

    + Low to medium voltage experience

    + Proficiency in process and instrumentation diagrams

    + Willing to work a rotating shift, day and/or night as well as overtime as needed
