Robert Half is seeking a Senior Contracts Paralegal to provide legal support across transactional work, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, and more.

Start Date: June 2025

Hours: This is a contract role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

Rate: $40+/hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, review, negotiate, and administer various vendor contracts (e.g., Master Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Confidential Disclosure Agreements, and more).

+ Manage the organization’s contract lifecycle management system, including tracking expiration/renewal dates and ensuring compliance.

+ Escalate legal risks and issues to leadership and outside counsel as necessary.

+ Provide corporate governance and compliance support as the organization moves toward commercialization.

+ Administer department budget tracking and handle outside counsel invoices.

+ Work with IP counsel on renewals and applications.

+ Develop compliance infrastructure and policies.

+ Independently research, administer, and manage time-sensitive legal and compliance matters.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

+ Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house public biotech/pharma company.

+ Paralegal license preferred.

+ Confidence in identifying legal issues and risks and proposing solutions.

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

+ Collaborative mindset and ability to provide thoughtful advice to the business.
