Description We are looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to join our engineering team in Kerrville, Texas. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of five years of experience in IT administration and support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining critical infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to end-users, addressing technical issues and ensuring seamless functionality.

• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Maintain and optimize key infrastructure components, including servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure effective service delivery and manage vendor relationships.

• Deliver executive-level IT support to senior leadership, handling sensitive issues with discretion and efficiency.

• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or changes to enhance operations.

• Apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex technical problems independently or collaboratively.

• Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery processes are in place to safeguard data and systems.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based technologies to support organizational needs. Requirements

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in IT administration and support.

• Proficiency in Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies.

• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and Active Directory.

• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery planning.

• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and cluster analysis.

• Ability to manage computer hardware and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
