    This is an ONSITE role out of Rocky Hill, CT - Local candidates ONLY!

    Position Summary:

    The Fulfillment Specialist (Tier II) is responsible for assembling payroll packages for delivery and ensuring timely, secure, and accurate fulfillment processes. This role supports the distribution workflow by maintaining high standards for quality, security, and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble payroll packages by client number to meet quality and production timelines

    + Prepare and organize packages for delivery to clients

    + Complete package confirmations and checklists for tracking and security purposes

    + Adhere to all audit and security procedures to safeguard sensitive client information

    + Record and escalate any issues related to missing or incorrect output

    + Maintain distribution equipment through regular cleaning and user-level maintenance

    + Stage and organize packaging supplies to ensure continuous production readiness

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in fulfillment, packaging, or a similar role.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

    + Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, package tracking systems)

    + Ability to multitask without compromising accuracy or package integrity

    + Must be able to stand for long periods

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
