Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation. As an integral part of the accounting team, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and records.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.

• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy before submitting them for payment.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update financial records.

• Handle billing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Verify and process payments, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve any accounting-related issues.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed.

• Support the accounting team in additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

• Strong proficiency in data entry and financial record maintenance.

• Ability to process invoices and payments with a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and other departments.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
