Job Title: Finance & Data Analytics Manager

Overview:

A fast-growing, mission-driven organization in the healthcare services sector is seeking a Finance & Data Analytics Manager/Director to lead financial planning, data strategy, and performance reporting across a group of regionally operated brands. This role is central to driving sound decision-making and operational excellence by overseeing forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and integration of newly acquired entities into standardized financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (40%)

+ Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across brands, partnering with leadership to define models and set deliverables.

+ Analyze variances between actuals and plan, focusing on operational drivers such as labor hours and billing rates.

+ Deliver actionable insights through scenario modeling, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

KPI Development & Reporting (25%)

+ Build and maintain structured datasets to support performance reporting, working closely with the enterprise data team.

+ Validate data accuracy post-migration to cloud-based systems and ensure alignment with key reporting frameworks.

+ Define long-term data and reporting strategy in collaboration with finance leadership.

Team Leadership (20%)

+ Directly manage a small team of analysts, fostering development through training, performance feedback, and mentorship.

Business Partnership (10%)

+ Act as a finance advisor to operations and executive teams, presenting analysis and strategic recommendations.

+ Build deep understanding of business models to anticipate future financial needs.

Mergers & Acquisitions Integration (5%)

+ Lead the FP& A and reporting integration of newly acquired brands, contributing to a standardized post-acquisition playbook.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and reporting roles.

+ Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting standards.

+ Advanced Excel skills; experience with large ERP or cloud accounting platforms is a plus.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting/forecasting processes and mentor junior staff.

+ Strong communicator with collaborative mindset and high attention to detail.
