    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of accounting operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in account reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    • Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.

    • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate postings.

    • Analyze and prepare journal entries to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

    • Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support financial decision-making.

    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in account reconciliations and balance sheet management.

    • Strong knowledge of general ledger operations and journal entries.

    • Proficiency in month-end close processes.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

    • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
