    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Heath, Ohio. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration, personnel file management, and employee engagement. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both new team members and current employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize and update personnel files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

    • Assist employees with completing necessary forms, maintaining tracking systems, and responding to basic inquiries.

    • Prepare and update new orientation materials, incorporating the latest organizational information.

    • Monitor employee attendance, generate monthly reports, and administer the union attendance policy.

    • Draft and distribute offer letters and confirmation letters to candidates and employees.

    • Provide support during interviews by coordinating schedules, greeting candidates, and preparing required documentation.

    • Standardize and format job descriptions to ensure consistency across the organization.

    • Create and maintain various HR-related reports using Excel.

    • Assist in payroll-related tasks, ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with systems like Kronos and UKG Ready. Requirements • Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos Timekeeping System and UKG Ready.

    • Experience with ADP Financial Services and HR compliance processes.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining personnel files.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and stakeholders.

    • Familiarity with orientation processes and materials preparation.

    • Ability to generate and analyze reports using Excel.

    • Knowledge of union attendance policies and point-based tracking systems.
