    About the Position

     

    We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team.

    You will be working at our Butte, MT location and reporting to the Regional Plant Manager, focusing on these key responsibilities:

    + Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers

    + Organize deliveries.

    + Operate phone system, communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed.

    + Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, sending/receiving/distributing documents.

    + Accept and process payments.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs.

    + Recent telephone/receptionist and or customer service experience.

    + Ability to multi-task.

    + Ability to stay calm under pressure.

    + Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained.

    + Ability to sit for long periods.

    + Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

    + Work in moderate noise levels.

    + Work with minimum supervision.
