    Job Overview:

    Responsible for entering patient data into the State of NJ Birth Registration database with a high level of accuracy. Maintain communication with consortium and state departments providing statistics.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred:

    + Some college preferred

    + Knowledge of medical terminology

    + Data entry experience

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Bilingual in Spanish

    Scheduling Requirements:

    + Day Shift

    + Rotating weekends and holidays

    + Full-Time

    Essential Functions:

    + Coordinates the birth registry to meet NJ State Department of Health and Senior services regulations

    + Assists family to accurately complete required documents

    + Input/Transmits information to NJ Electronic Birth registry

    + Collaborates with Central Jersey Family Health consortium

    + Attends all annual training programs
