**SALARY** : $35.00-$40.00 per hour
**SHIFT** : 8 hour day shifts. Weeks, holidays, overtime and call-ins as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBIL** **I** **TIES:
+ Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Design and implement HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens for operator interaction.
+ Interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical specifications.
+ Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning of new programs.
+ Modify existing PLC programs to improve efficiency, safety, and performance.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
+ Assist in the development of programming standards and library functions.
+ Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, IEC, ISO).
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation upgrades.
+ Cross-train with electrical planner to schedule work and provide coverage.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school Diploma or GED required.
+ 2+ years of experience in PLC programming in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
+ Proficiency in programming software such as Wonderware, RSLogix 5, RsLogix 500, RsLogix5000/Studio 5000, PCS 7, WinCC, etc.
+ Experience with SCADA systems, motion control, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).
+ Knowledge of SAP.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
+ Willingness to provide support with programming issues outside of regularly scheduled hours.
