We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Service Technician I to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through the execution of testing and inspection services. This position involves a combination of hands-on technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct routine testing and inspection of various equipment and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
+ Utilize test equipment and diagnostic tools to evaluate performance and identify potential issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of all tests, inspections, and maintenance activities.
+ Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
+ Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
+ Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
+ Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order before heading to the field.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ A valid driver’s license.
WE VALUE
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CFC certification, electrical safety) are a plus.
+ Associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
+ Previous experience as a field service technician or in a similar role preferred but not required.
