    Pengate Handling Systems is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team! This individual will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects, while acting as a strategic bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Pengate’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

    What you’ll Do

    * Lead the planning and implementation of technical IT projects

    * Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery

    * Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution

    * Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate verification techniques

    * Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks

    * Measure and report project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

    * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    * Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability

    * Oversee quality assurance and ensure project objectives are met

    * Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

    * Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

    * Report and escalate project issues to leadership when needed

    * Perform other duties as assigned

    What You’ll Need

    * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    * 3–7 years of experience in technical project management or a related role

    * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    * Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems

    * PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus

    * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

    * Industry experience preferred

    Physical Requirements

    * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    * Must be able to continuously talk, hear, and speak clearly

    * Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

    * Visual ability to work with computers and read detailed documentation
