Job Summary: This Administrative Specialist position oversees the Pain Fellowship Program which consists of (5) Pain Fellows and reports directly to the Pain Fellowship Director. This position also includes assisting the Anesthesia Residency Coordinator daily. The residency program for anesthesia consists of (44) residents and when the Residency Coordinator is not available or out of the office, this position would report directly to the Residency Program Director, as well as the Chair of the Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Highly motivated candidate with friendly outgoing personality.

Work Days:

M-F 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
