Summary:
The Private Bank Data & Insights Analyst II supports the development and delivery of sales and performance metrics driving Private Bank revenue growth. This position works in consultation with leadership of the Private Bank Business Management and Strategy office to develop and deliver business reporting, utilizes knowledge of the Private Bank and analytical tools for data deliverables and analysis, source and utilize information and data across enterprise systems and platforms with limited oversight and guidance, utilizes knowledge to make recommendations contributing to projects and deliverables in conjunction with team leadership, and leverages analytical skills and abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams to measure and publish sales activities and opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Coordination, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives and tasks including performance reporting, business reporting, sales reporting, strategic projects
+ Compensation plan design, support & execution
+ Performance scorecard design, support & execution
+ Tableau design, development, maintenance and support, training, etc.
+ Business and performance report production
+ Project and meeting execution including Area reviews, Region Reviews, Talent Assessment, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5 + years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
+ Tableau or Business Intelligence tool development or utilization experience
+ Ability to learn and develop technical skills independently and through peers
+ Ability to work independently to complete daily tasks and projects
+ Effective oral and written communication skills (required)
+ Ability to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data driven stories
