Job Title: Painter

Job Description

This position involves providing guidance on inventory management to prevent depletion, managing processes to minimize waste, and maximizing material reutilization. The role requires continuous monitoring of production activities to ensure safety and immediate remedial action for any safety concerns. Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines and performing weekly inspections of in-production workstations for quality performance are crucial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

+ Provide guidance on utilization of inventory of standard items to avoid depletion.

+ Manage processes to minimize waste and maximize material reutilization.

+ Monitor production activities for maximum safety and identify immediate remedial action to address safety concerns.

+ Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

+ Inspect in-production workstations weekly for quality performance.

Essential Skills

+ 3 years of painting experience.

+ Proficiency in operating a spray gun.

+ Experience working on new builds, at a painting company, or owning a painting company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in industrial painting, sanding, paint booth operations, blasting, sandblasting, powder coating, spray painting, and mixing.

+ Knowledge of construction, drywall, finish work, and paint gun operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
