    Job Title: Clinician- Open to Entry Level or Experienced!

    Job Description

    Provide a full continuum of therapeutic and clinical services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings throughout Berkshire County. Services include risk assessment, crisis intervention, in-home therapy, family support, and individual and group psychotherapy.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention services.

    + Deliver in-home therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and families.

    + Provide family support and counseling.

    + Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.

    + Engage in case management and care management duties.

    Essential Skills

    + Licensed eligible with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related human-services field.

    + Eligibility for licensure in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) for outpatient programs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in case management, care management, and health care.

    + Crisis management skills.

    + Open to entry-level candidates.

    Work Environment

    Work in an outpatient clinic setting, providing behavioral health and addiction services to children and adults. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Enjoy the benefits of 7 weeks of paid time off and full benefits.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    7 Weeks PTO, accruing from 1st day of work, health, vision, dental 401, with 3% match, work life balance
