Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Superintendent to monitor production, schedules, and performance in various construction projects. The successful candidate will assist with coordination aspects as directed by the Project Manager and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance at construction locations. The role requires effective communication of daily project status to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor production, schedule, and performance of construction projects.

+ Assist with coordination aspects as directed by the Project Manager.

+ Conduct safety audits and assist with contractor quality control and safety at construction sites.

+ Ensure contractors complete work on schedule and address any warranty issues.

+ Communicate daily project status to the Project Manager to ensure all projects meet company standards.

+ Maintain 100% Safety Standards and Accountability in all mandatory/regulatory requirements.

+ Take necessary actions when behaviors or conditions may be unsafe.

+ Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.

+ Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.

+ Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.

+ Review all catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.

+ Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to eliminate or minimize the recurrence of problems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Superintendent experience.

+ Commercial or industrial construction experience.

+ Experience with concrete.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Provide full, medical, and dental insurance. 401k and all local work and working on the new projects out in New Albany and southern Columbus.

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
