Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and eager to grow within a stable company renowned for its metal fabrication expertise.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in various production tasks, including packaging and general labor.

+ Participate in shipping and receiving operations.

+ Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Work effectively with others in a production or warehouse setting.

+ Follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and speak English.

+ Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.

+ Reliability in showing up on time and ready to work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ No certifications or technical degrees required.

+ Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.

+ Willingness to learn and take direction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
