    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Commercial** **Project Manager** to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

    + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

    + Lead project meetings and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

    + Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.

    + Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

    + Manage procurement of materials and equipment.

    + Oversee site personnel and subcontractor performance.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in project management within the general contracting industry.

    + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + PMP or similar certification is a plus.
