Currently we have an opening for Administrative Assistant.

Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this position assists with a full range of administrative, sales and support functions as, well as front desk responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service.

+ Basic office skills such as answering phones, greeting clients, customer service, and computer knowledge.

+ Communicate clearly with clients and staff.

+ Manages calendars and appointments.

+ Assist sales with daily duties

+ Manages station communication boards.

+ Organize meetings, rooms, refreshments.

+ Maintains files and records.

+ Composes correspondence and prepares documents.

+ General clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, typing, shredding, and mailing.

Qualifications:

+ 2 years of previous office or similar experience.

+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

+ Ability to prioritize and work effectively with deadlines.

+ Strong knowledge of computer software applications.

+ Fluency in English.
